Blue Scholars OOF ep release party!

Ohana was packed wall too wall last tuesday night for the Blue Scholars. I barely made it too the bar for a redbull...when i finally got there Mr Know Choice bought me a beer...thank you kind sir...To say Ohana was soldout would be an understatement. It was uncomfortably packed in there...I stuck around for the performace....and heres a lil bit of the footage...

West Coast Legend Kokane rocking HEMP FEST 09

I went down to hemp fest this past weekend just to see the Homie Kokane perform. He had a live band backing him it was my favorite performance from Koka ive seen thus far.

A solo set from Dyme Def's own Brainstorm i've gotta admit it was weird seeing Brain rock without SEV and Fierce Villain...After talking to Brain outside the venue after the show he also found it really awkward "I dont ever wanna rock without those dudes again" is what he said. Sorry I have not been around much...I've been too hot to blog...lol at my horrible bad excuse for not keepin up on this blog... honestly i just get lazy from time to time...The weather's been crazy as hell in Seattle as you know (its been a news story all over the country)we broke out all time record at 103...CRAZY...The other night Doug and I went to Chop Suey for a show...People were saying Eric Sermon was gonna be there..I really didnt believe it until we were standing outside and he came outside...We chopped it for a quick second he went back inside...Then he ended up bumming a black and mild from Doug to roll up some weed and invited Doug to smoke it with em....

Red Bull Big Tune 09 Seattle!

Dj Quik & Dj Battlecat were the featured producer's last friday night at the War room for the beat battle...I seen some legendary shit that night...Dj Quik giving props to in his own words "his mentor" Dj BattleCat and hearing all the beats/songs these two men have produced in the game was amazing...OH yeah and the beat battle was dope also...I was kinda drunk so i dont remember much...D Sane "lost" yet again too Buddy Ross...wtf is wrong with people? Lol...there were Boooooo's ewwwwwwww's and ahhhhhhhh's all night long...overall it was a very fun and entertaining night....the boy Marcus D has some fire ass beats...look him up and fux with em...Congrats on the WIN Marcus D and runner up KD Kutz...
